CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
We understand that there are occasions where a guest may wish to cancel a holiday reservation. Please be be aware that a cancellation however warranted may potentially cause us a significant financial loss if we are unable to resell those dates within the time remaining. Most booking platforms will not entertain any refunds more than 30 days prior to arrival and even then most times you will lose your service fee. We feel that the policy detailed herein is quite generous and fair to all. We are always prepared to further discuss cancellation matters at any time.
Our cancellation policy is structured to allow our guests three options if they choose to cancel a booking.
Option 1: 30 Days Prior
If a cancellation request is received 30 days prior to arrival a full refund less credit card fees and a $30.00 admin fee will be made. Refunds will occur within 7 days (allow extra for banking delays).
Option 2: 14 Days Prior
If a cancellation request is received 14 days prior to arrival a full or pro-rata refund may be made less credit card fees and a $30.00 admin fee. A pro-rata refund will occur if we are able to sell all or part of your holiday dates within a time period agreed by the guest. If successful, refunds will occur within 7 days (allow extra for banking delays).
